Account Sanctions

Common Triggers for Account Sanctions

  • Registration & Account Integrity: Submitting untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete registration details, operating multiple accounts (restricted to one per household), or using vulgar, offensive, or impersonated usernames.

  • Prohibited Content & Off-Site Solicitation: Posting unauthorized game cheats, hacks, adult content, malware, competing community advertisements, or attempting to direct users to off-site communication platforms (e.g., Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal).

  • Fraudulent & Malicious Activity: Engaging in financial fraud, scams, chargeback abuse, unauthorized use of payment methods, or violating regional laws.

  • Behavioral Violations: Flaming, harassment, hostile behavior toward community members, or threatening/harassing staff and agents.

Types of Sanctions and Restrictions

  • Temporary Restrictions & Warnings: Minor infractions—such as duplicate thread bumping or low-effort posting—may result in warnings or temporary feature limitations. Repeat posting violations can result in suspensions lasting up to six weeks.

  • Feature Limits: Accounts that fail to meet meaningful content thresholds or violate specific rules may face restricted access to private messaging or virtual trading categories.

  • Account Termination & Bans: Severe infractions, such as fraud, scams, major safety violations, or the creation of automated/bot accounts, result in immediate account termination or suspension.

  • Discord Enforcement: Breaching guidelines on the companion Discord server results in immediate termination of access without prior warnings or unban reviews.

Financial and Refund Implications

  • Forfeiture of Funds: If an account is suspended, restricted, or terminated due to terms violations, fraud, or malicious actions, users forfeit any right to full or partial refunds for purchases, subscriptions, or remaining account balances, unless explicitly required by statutory consumer law.

  • Re-Registration Prohibition: Once an account is terminated, creating a new account under your own name, a fake name, or a third-party alias is strictly prohibited and may lead to further legal action.
